Backlash of Her Myopic Quips

While in an anniversary party of a fashion magazine last Thursday night, beauty queen (BQ) mingled with the guests, as one normally does. However, what was striking was that the "beki" guests in the same party avoided BQ like a plague. BQ felt the lack of warmth and the cold treatment some "bekis" showed her that night.

When she approached a high profile and popular stylist (PS), he ignored her. Of course, this reaction was a blow to BQ because PS was one of those who helped prepare her for one of the significant events in her life, which eventually ended in failure later on. Moreover, PS is often the top choice in photoshoots and other fashion events, where she also participates. PS is highly sought after by celebrities and non-celebrities who can afford his rates.

Out of disgust, BQ approached a group of girls and expressed her disappointment. She said something like, “Ano ba naman ‘tong mga ito, di makamove on sa issue.”

Perhaps, BQ forgot that her twitter messages alienated and offended the LGBT community. Some "bekis" found her messages amiss and insensitive because "bekis" were behind some of her major achievements. Behind every successful beauty queen is a "beki". Moreover, "bekis" form the support system and spearhead the world of her career. As for moving on, perhaps BQ thought her one-liner of an apology was enough to appease those she had hurt. Sadly, it was not.

Can you identify who BQ is? Please abide by the RULES in writing comments if you want me to post them. Initials and comments that are too explicit will not be accepted.
