Really Afraid?

This beauty queen is head over heels in love with this certain athlete/model who used to be the boyfriend of a popular actress. She makes it a point to be always present whenever her guy hangs out with this other actor who plays around whenever his girlfriend is away. The other boys in the group find her presence annoying so they would tease her that she follows him around like his dog. What irritates them more is when she denies that she is having a romantic affair with him despite the fact that they know that she frequently spends the night at his place.

It is so obvious that this beauty queen is really afraid of losing this athlete/model. Do you know who she is? How about the athlete/model? By the way, apart from being in the same network, the two of them share something else in common. They both participated in reality shows.
