Clinical Case: Eosinophilc Eosophagitis

An 8-year-old boy complains of abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite and weight loss for 6 months. Past medical history includes allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis and skin prick testing positive for house dust mite.
