Here's another angle of the gown

This ultra unique wedding gown by Rajo Laurel caught my attention! It was worn by a bride on her weddingday, not by a model for a fashion show (in fairness, this bride does have a model frame). I am definitely loving the impeccable construction of the top part but I am not sure of the three cone-shaped bottom design. I admire the ingenuity of the designer but I find it too risque for a wedding gown. Perhaps it is just because my "classic" taste.
Please share your thoughts. Is it a CHECK or an EX? and Why?
