Doctors, Scobleizer, Tweeple and Presidential Election on Twitter

Twitter is a microblogging service where people answer the question "What are you doing?" via 140-character messages from their cellphone, laptop or desktop. Tweeple means Twitter people, members or users. Healthcare professionals use the service for all sorts of interesting posts and discussions. One example is shown below -- the oldest post is at the bottom, the newest at the top:
