Such A Rude Judgment

On airplane travel, there are different seating that passengers prefer more than the other. There are the window, middle and the aisle sections. But when one is looking for premium seating in the often confined quarters of an airplane, the exit row is usually mentioned. The biggest benefit of being seated in the emergency exit row is that it is usually more spacious and generous with the leg room, particularly on long-range aircraft. But more space comes with more restrictions for this type of seating.

When Popular Actress PA and her Actor- Boyfriend AB went on a travel, they were seated on the emergency exit row. The plane cabin crew CC approached PA and requested that since they were seated in the exit row, for safety reason, CC had to stow PA's bag by the compartment for take off and landing only. On hearing this, AB butted in and with eyebrows raised, said emphatically, " But this is Hermes. " CC replied, " I know, Sir, but you are seated by the exit row, and there are restrictions. If you want, I will just reseat you." At this point, PA calmly said, " No, it's okay, Miss," as she handed her bag to CC.

Throughout the entire travel, AB tried to look like he was really pissed off. Seemed like he was making a big issue out of something petty and he showed it -- making people feel that the seating treatment did not sit well with him, literally and figuratively.

On arrival to their destination, while plane was still taxiing after landing, AB stood up even when the seatbelt sign was still on. CC politely reminded him to remain seated until seatbelt sign had been switched off. But AB was stubborn and acted like he didn't hear anything. CC reminded him again to sit down, but AB remained adamant and wouldn't budge -- till the plane completely halted.

Well, the act was quite understandable. Who was it who said, "Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." Well, your guess should be relayed to Sir C.
