NBC Video: Natasha Richardson's Skiing Accident, Understanding Brain Injuries



Natasha Richardson, 45, fell during a beginner lesson Monday at Canada's famed Mont Tremblant ski resort. The Tony-winning actress did not appear injured at first. She was taken to the hospital about an hour later after reporting a headache. Mrs. Richardson died on March 18, 2009.

The seemingly mild head injury that killed actress Natasha Richardson was an epidural hematoma according to the New York City medical examiner's office.
