Seesmic is a video blogging web application developed by French entrepreneur Loic Le Meur to make video uploading easier for those using webcams. Seesmic was called the "Twitter of video", however conversations will not take place in real time.
Loic LeMeur moved from Paris to San Francisco to launch Seesmic due to the perception that it would stand a better chance of success there. In 2008, Seesmic bought Twhirl, a Twitter client.
Loic's blog and Twitter stream are fun to read and his Seesmic videos are not too bad either:
The product my kids HATE the most: winter crocs.
What reasonable wine you like the most...
Medical bloggers: Have you tried Seesmic for conversation in addition to Twitter?
