Popular candidate PC is being whispered to be in love…again. PC is not the type who will divulge anything about her love life. In fact, she is a certified denial queen - will deny to death her past dalliances no matter what and despite the sightings of her and the guy/s in question having good times abroad.

The latest guy who is rumored  to be singing her sweet hosannas is a long-time friend, albeit a controversial one CO. CO's real marital status had been a mystery. On press releases coupled with family pictures, CO is often pictured as an ideal father and husband, almost a perfect family man. Yet his private circumstances prove otherwise.

CO is every inch a gentleman, his mysterious appeal adds more to his machismo. Wasn’t the very quiet CO often rumored to be a lady's man – the one caught red-handed  inside the house of his paramour? Only then did the public know that his marriage was on the rocks. 

Women swoon over to his trim physique most especially during the younger years of this dashing man.  CO is never lacking in female admirers, especially PC who has now allegedly won his heart. PC is unattached at present and is likewise still a certified looker despite the years. And many still really find her attractive. For a long time, PC's image seems to be leaning towards being the 'Muse' - you better get the drift. 

Now that the elections is forthcoming, do we expect more sightings of PC and CO? Or will both deliberately avoid each other to avoid the prying eyes of Fashion PULIS?  Both look good together ‘though. Careful..

Awkward Flight Companions

It is a fact: We achieve nothing on our own. We feel good when our hard work yields success, but we should also be grateful enough to acknowledge the people who are part of it. Our victories also belong to them who were with us along the way, helping us curve that label we call success.

However, this situation is not the case for a popular public servant (PS). Sometime ago, PS was introduced to a very influential player in showbusiness (VI) by a powerful politician (PP). Although already known as the likely heir to the throne of his well-loved father, PS needed to attract the masses, and get away from the dad’s shadow. Having ties with VI, who was about to take the plunge in politics was already battle half won.

When VI’s venture into politics abruptly ended, PP continued to be with PS patiently helping him build up his career. Such had deepened their relationship that extended even to the level of family. As the years passed, PS became a household name in no time. PS had evolved from a plain nobody to a well-respected young public official.

Due to some recent events, PS had a falling out with PP. Although at first both were vocal that their personal relationships will not be jeopardized by their professional issues, the actions of PS prove otherwise.

On a recent flight, seating arrangements for PP and PS were numbered next to each other. Unknowingly, PP sat on the seat of PS. When PS arrived, he was cold and instructed an attendant to ask PP to vacate the said seat. PP obliged as requested. When PP saw it was PS who would be his seatmate, he greeted him “Hello!” PS only nodded.

That must have been an awkward flight as PP was almost ignored by PS, who at some point, he considered almost like his son.

His Ulterior Motive

A half-Filipino/ half Spanish good looking “balikbayan” BB and his buddy BU were billeted in a 5 star hotel in Makati for their holiday vacation in the Philippines. One morning, BB and BU were preparing to go to Boracay, but they decided to have breakfast at the cafe prior to proceeding to the airport.

As they stepped out of the hotel elevator on the way to the café, they saw Public Servant PS at close range who seemed to be on his way to the café also. Being familiar with Philippine politics, BB knew who PS was, and as a sign of respect ,he and BU greeted him good morning. The good PS smiled and greeted them back.

While they were walking, PS was extra ordinarily friendly and chatty with BB and BU. On the other hand, the two guys were cool enough exchanging pleasantries with him. PS even complimented BB and said that he had nice get-up and physique. PS was asking them what were they up to that morning. When told that BB and BU were going to have a quick bite at the café before heading to Boracay. PS said that he was also going to the cafe for a meeting, and while it’s still early he proposed to share a table with them while waiting for his appointment.

At the table while having coffee, PS was becoming more comfortable making banter with BB and BU as if he was already long time friends with the two guys. But BB was the opposite - he was getting uneasy with PS’ demeanor and the way he looked at him was so suspect.

When BB and BD sensed that PS would stay with them longer on their table, they decided to forego their planned big breakfast and took something light instead so they could already leave PS. But before they could do that, PS managed to ask BB for his number. But the uninterested BB was quick to give him the run-around – that he did not have a Philippine number since he just arrived in the Manila the previous night.

Looking disappointed , PS gave his business card nonetheless - and with a smile told them to keep in touch.

The two gentlemen left in a huff – without looking back!

You Believe They Might Be Dating?

After a few highly publicized dates and relationships between them, is powerful personality (PP) dating model actress (MA) now? While PP is getting left and right criticisms from his critics, shifting the news to his personal matters might improve his image at the moment, according to rumors.

MA and PP have no commitment as far as the public knows. Although they have been linked to other parties over the past few months, nothing has really been tagged as serious relationships. It seems that PP is enjoying the perks of being single, and MA has the freedom to do whatever she wants in her career and love life. Both would look good together, and MA can hopefully match wits with PP.

As political events seem to be a preoccupation these days, every move of a politician is closely watched as actions and comments can make or break votes. Perhaps, news of MA and PP dating could increase the positive aura of both parties. The other side of this news is that the public will have something else as the target of its attention. .

For the Love and Lust of It

Ever since her life as a student, Public Servant PS was already an achiever. Being a diligent student from day one, she strived to capture school awards that she could proudly bring home to her parents. She carried on that self-imposed discipline throughout her educational journey. She was so obsessed with collecting awards that continued to her professional life.

But unbeknownst to most, such passion to excel did not come like a walk in the park and without setback. She obviously worked hard for it and thus cultivated in her the bad habit of taking all the credits for every little honor and award she got without acknowledging the the equally hardworking people and staff who helped her in those accomplishments. PS is often accused of over self-promotion, and at times inventing non-existent titles/honors just to put herself in a pedestal.

PS has many advocacies, most of them geared for the protection of children and women. Yet some people privy to her know how badly she treats her own household staff - such as not providing them with sufficient food, a problem that the helpers have to contend with every single day. PS is forever on a diet, but for her househelp who are always loaded with work, dieting is the last thing on their mind...the last thing they will ever do.

People who know her say that PS, inspite of her public image of compassion doesn't have a heart towards the people closest to her, those who work for her. A very demanding boss, her staff is overworked as she expects from them the same workhours she imposes on herself. Something the staff frowns at and cries foul because unlike her, they don't have their boss' luxurious lifestyle and millions in financial perks.

PS obviously doesn't walk her talk. She's quite popular in public because they don't know any better that amidst the public image of honesty is the absence of transparency. A self-proclaimed middle class raised by daily wage earning parents with no business to speak of, how are the mansions and properties situated in well-entrenched and paved communities be explained?

As some pundits would say -- "Let them turn green with envy."

Who is this super Hot Guy HG who is the current apple of the eye of this Controversial Personality CP? In spite of lacking in projects for a long time, HG lives in affluence particularly at the penthouse of one of the posh condominiums in Ortigas. CP's generosity seems bottomless and looks like HG wants to seize every opportunity while it lasts. He certainly knows how to squeeze and stretch his very good fortune while in the arms of CP. HG's newest toy is a Lexus (high end Japanese car), again from the same pampering benefactor who is so into him.

Although stories like this are a dime a dozen in this materialistic society, but still it seems like an obscene lot if the benefactor CP happens to be milking an industry to be able to give to his boytoy HG. Anyway, CP is not like your ordinary kind of benefactor, for he is really a clever and circumspect one. During intimate moments, CP has set rules that HG has to fulfill.

Definitely nothing oral or anal! All HG had to do is dance, then finish his job with his hands, and that's it, work done! HG must have been so thankful to his lucky stars that he has found CP. To him and everyone like him, CP is a dream benefactor. No sweat, just fun for the funds of it. Yes, indeed!

CP whose preference is always questioned, has always been very private and careful in his dealings. On the other hand, HG once admitted to having a similar relationship when he was much younger. He has also recently proclaimed that he is in a serious relationship with a beautiful girl whom he is planning to settle with one day.

If that is so, where is his affair with CP leading to? Oh, lest we forget, affairs like theirs are never meant for a lifetime -- but only there to last while it lusts.

The Art of Choosing

Is the boyfriend (BF) of pretty actress (PA) a cheapskate or a shrewd spender? Recently when BF and PA went shopping, they visited a jewelry store. At the store, BF and PA had opposite reactions, BF did not want to go in, but PA thought he was going to surprise her with a present.

Coming from a good family before entering the world of entertainment, PA can splurge as much as she wants. However, BF was quite tentative, or hesitant while they were around the store. Hence, she decided to do the next best thing. PA bought herself a piece of jewelry that she liked so much.

Did BF hesitate because he felt now is the time to maximize his resources on his current and expensive endeavor? Of course, BF also has money himself and he could probably afford to buy PA any piece of jewelry, but then, he would be risking being branded as excessive if he did spend and it got leaked out. Or perhaps, he really is just not ready yet to buy PA anything that could be symbolic of a long-term commitment.

Even if other sectors think that PA is more of a “liability” for him, people still get to notice more of BF because of his relationship with the actress. PA provides him with the extra exposure, and perhaps, showbiz friends who can glamour up his popularity (it’s not as if he needs it, anyway).

Can't Have Enough of Excitement

Who says that only girls get "kilig" when talking about their boyfriends infront of people. Is it true that guys are not as open about it with their friends the way us girls are? Uh oh.. you better think again.

Actually, guys have big mouths and love to brag. They enjoy sharing things and maybe getting tips on how to be better and do better -- and so much more. Give them a drink or two and they will open up and divulge even intimate details for everyone to feast on. Really, when men let their guard down, and have a few beers, anything can happen and every girl is fair game.

During a night of unwinding, this Prominent Personality was with a group of news team from a television network. There was booze and all. After everyone had a few drinks, topic shifted to PP and his lovelife. PP was getting a lot of ribbing from the group.

One reporter teased him, " How lucky can you get, Sir, isn't it! Imagine having such a pretty woman (PW) for a girl?!"

The not-so-pretty boy PP replied playfully, "You are right! Indeed!! Until now, I still can't believe that we are already a couple! Can you imagine, from  *name of PW's ex model-boyfriend*  to me PP, how great is that?! I'm kind of feeling like a super handsome model, too. Wooooh!!"

Then he let out a hearty laughter matched with very loud taps on the table. His last very emphatic and excited statement, in tagalog -- "Ako na, di ba?! Ako na!! hahaha!!"

Awww!! Indeed, "Love is never having to say you're crazy, eerr .. sorry."

Beyond The Celebrity's Mask

Every organization is founded on a mission, a sense of purpose to accomplish goals and objectives as defined in the organization's vision statement. Thus it is a very serious endeavor that an organization must be headed by an individual of unquestionable integrity, a name that is well-respected in the community. The thrust of the organization's commitment depends a great deal if the above standards are met by the individual who will run it. .

Thus, it is quite a shock when you hear of a person who is supposed to have an untarnished image and a pillar of goodness, compassion and honesty being talked about as being involved in funds misuse and abuse of power.

This good looking and popular celebrity GP who heads a big non profit organization NGO tasked to help the poor and underprivileged is allegedly engaged in malversation of funds --- the organization's funds for that matter. Sounds unthinkable and conflicting for GP's public persona. But there have been persistent and strong insider information that point to GP's extra curricular activities and misuse of these funds.

GP is well known for having a fastidious lifestyle. It was alleged that GP draws funds from the NGO to pay for personal credit card bills amounting to Php 300,000 to 500,000 per month! The scandalous figure sounds like the NGO is the one tasked to shoulder the fabulous lifestyle. And why not, even the monthly payment for the personal dance instructor aka DI allegedly comes from the NGO funds itself.

Do the regular donors of the NGO know where their hard-earned money is being squandered? Aren't these funds supposed to be used to take care of the poor and the oppressed in the first place? So many questions that need to be addressed immediately. Well, we can only hope and pray for the best.
