Sharp Health Care has been presenting an annual health conference to the women of San Diego for more than 20 years. The
Sharp Women's Health Conference is quickly approaching and I am thrilled to share that this year I will be a first time attendee. There is so much information, inspiration, and opportunity to improve & enrich women's lives - all at this one event. I watched the video from last year and knew that I HAD to experience this for myself! Take a moment to watch! I'm hoping that it will inspire you to join me!
The conference is open for all women (at least 16 years old) who are interested in learning about their health and well being. The fee to attend the event is $45. Tickets may be purchased
online or or by calling 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277). Your day will include keynote speakers; dozens of
breakout sessions; an exhibit hall of health screenings, informational, pampering and sponsor booths; continental breakfast and a gourmet three-course lunch; entertainment; giveaways; and a gift bag valued at more than $250.
In browsing the agenda it is easy to see that there is something for everyone. I am going to take advantage of the many
health screenings, eyebrow threading, massage, and mini-facials! The Interactive Sessions have also piqued my interest: Self-Defense Strategies, Xtend Barre, Yoga, and Zumba! Here's a fun one: Avoid Style Mistakes and Give Your Image a Makeover!
