Dark Chocolate is Good for You

Eating dark chocolate daily (?!) reduces BP and improves insulin resistance. Too good to be true? May be. The study period was only 15 days and included just 15 patients. But one day somebody will make a pill out of the flavonoids contained in the dark chocolate.

Do you remember that chocolate was part of the Polymeal diet introduced by BMJ (one year after their Polypill article)?

Talking about Polypill, the pharmaceutical companies are taking notice. Where do you think all these ideas about Vytorin and Caduet are coming from?
